Brew Hot Tea: Boil water in a kettle. While waiting for the water to boil, add 1 Tsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 tsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Pour into tea cups and enjoy. Brew Iced Tea: Prepare hot tea at double the strength and boil well with milk. Recommendations: Can be with milk or creamer, additional sweeteners such as honey or sugar may be added to taste.
