After a high intensity workout session, you know that you would feel the soreness the next day. The kind of soreness that becomes a challenge. We know how it feels. To ensure that your workout routine doesn’t stand still, we will tell you how Lemon can help save the day.
As soon as a workout session is over, the human body needs to be hydrated. A lot of water that is stored in the human body is lost in the form of perspiration as you work out. That water needs to be replenished as quickly as possible but not in one go. So one of the best way to hydrate yourself is to pour a cup of Lemon Tea. The citrusy beverage would not only hydrate you but also charge you up with the electrolytes. It also soothes your muscles, and refreshes your mood. The tea would help in getting an uninterrupted sleep at night, which is a necessity for proper muscle development.

“There´s more than one kind of tea?…What do you have?”

When it comes to Tea Flavours, we have more teas than the number of Teas offered to Scott. And it’s safe to say that all of our Teas are 100% real.
“There are those who love to get dirty and fix things. They drink coffee at dawn, beer after work. And those who stay clean, just appreciate things. At breakfast they have milk and juice at night. There are those who do both, they drink tea.”
― Gary Snyder
My mornings would not start if I don’t get my cup of Masala Chai. The punch of the rich Indian spices is what my body needs to wake up and function. Moving away to a different city was the hardest thing to do, as I dearly miss the Masala Tea my mother used to make for me. As a working guy who barely knows how to boil water, brewing that perfect cup is an arduous task. I’m glad that I found Premier’s Masala Chai, as it’s easy to make and has the taste of home. No matter how hard the task is all I need is a cup of tea to get my job done.
