Even though we believe you will be satisfied and delighted with your order, for any unsatisfactory experience such as defective or damaged product received, kindly contact us at the below-mentioned details and we will promptly replace the item or initiate a refund after investigation of the request.

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is –
Physically damaged
Wrong item received or item missing
Expired

How to Return an Item

Kindly return the items within 7 days of purchase. To return an item, you may raise a return request against your order ID by writing to us at – care@teamoods.in

On receipt of your refund request, our customer care team will reply/call you back within 24hrs to update you on the assessment from our end.

Shipping the product back to our facility has to be arranged by the customer with the following details-

  • Reason for return
  • AWB No. (Courier tracking number)
  • Attach images of the damaged product received
